The weekly email. Your email address, an optional first name, the towns you picked, and whether you want show reminders. We also keep the date you signed up and confirmed, which page you signed up from, and a one-way scrambled version of your IP address that we use only to stop spam sign-ups.

Forms. When you submit an event, list a business, nominate a Business of the Month, or contact us, we keep what you typed so we can review it and reply.

Ad measurement. We use the Meta Pixel to learn whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to newsletter sign-ups. It tells Meta when someone views a page, starts a sign-up, or confirms one. It never sends your email address, your name, or anything you type into a form. Meta may use cookies and connect this to your Meta account under Meta’s privacy policy.

Site analytics. We use Google Analytics to count visits, see which pages and events people read, and measure whether our Google ads lead to sign-ups. It uses cookies and records things like the pages you view, your general location, and your device type. It does not receive your email address or form contents. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share your email address with member businesses or advertisers.

• Vercel hosts the website and keeps standard server logs.
• Resend delivers our emails.
• Google Workspace holds our inbox and the spreadsheet where subscriber and form records are stored.
• Meta receives the ad measurement events described above.
• Google Analytics receives the site analytics described above.

Ad measurement and analytics. Turn both off for this browser below. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat that as an opt-out automatically. You can also manage ads in your Meta ad preferences and Google My Ad Center.

Email. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can change your towns or reminders from the preferences link in any email.

Delete your information. Email info@killingtonpico.net and we will remove your subscriber and form records within 30 days.

Kids. The site is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top and mention it in the weekly email.
